I completed the Scottish Foundation Programme in the West of Scotland after graduating from the University of Glasgow with an MBChB. I am one of the Clinical Development Fellows in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Emergency Department, focusing primarily on Staff Wellbeing. I aim to improve staff morale and productivity, in turn reducing sickness hours and burnout. I have a particular interest in pre-hospital medicine, trauma and patient safety.
